It is with great pleasure that the Cape Community Orchestra will award two music scholarships
to Cape Cod music students at our May, 2026 concerts. This is the second year of the Cape
Community Orchestra’s Scholarships which are offered to Cape and Islands students to study
music over the summer. The scholarship can be used for lessons, summer camp, or other ways
to enrich their music experience and continued education. The scholarship committee was
impressed with the quality of the applicants, not only their musical backgrounds, but also their
commitment to community service through music and the arts.

PIETRO RAMOS

Pietro is an 8 th grade cello student at Barnstable High School. He is a busy performer, playing
with the Cape Symphony Youth Orchestra, Barnstable Orchestra, and the pit bands for the
school musicals. Always looking to expand his musical learning, he also plays the saxophone,
piano, and has sung in chorus. His music teacher at Barnstable High School describes Pietro as
“a talented performer, a complete artist, a dependable colleague, and an individual of
remarkable character.” The Cape Community Orchestra is proud to present our scholarship to
him.

ANNABELLE SENATORI

Annabelle is a 12 th grade violinist at Nauset Regional High School attending Boston University of
Fine Arts in the fall as a music major. Not only is she an accomplished musician, she is involved
in her school’s athletic programs, student government, and is active in giving back to her
community. Even with the rigors of her academics and community involvement, Annabelle has
performed with the Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras, NEC
Youth Symphony and other groups. In her essay, Annabelle wrote, “As I continue my
education, I hope to use music as a way to connect with others, uplift those around me, and
create meaningful experiences.” The Cape Community Orchestra couldn’t agree more.
